• Most of the stoves we sell come in one color from the factory. That color is Black. Other colors are available but must be special ordered.
• Stove prices given at the store do not reflect decorative trim options. unless otherwise stated.
• Stove prices do not include the cost of installation unless otherwise stated.
• Stove prices do not include cost of pipe. Unless otherwise stated.
• You are required by New York State Law to obtain a permit from your township to install a stove in your home.
• You are required to have a 1/2inch of non-flamable material under the stoves to prevent heat related fires on the floor.
• Dansville Town & Country does install the stoves we sell. However you do not have to use our services.
• You are not required by us or Harman to have the stove proffessionaly installed.
• We will provide service on your stove during and after the warranty period.
• The Harman Warranty clearly states that travel to your home is not covered under the warranty.Therefore there will be a travel fee assesed to the service call.
